I began personal training with Orange County’s Fitscope Trainers because I wanted wanted to tone-up and learn how to strength train. I also definitely wanted to lose inches and gain muscle but I did not expect to lose weight. After getting measured after one month of training twice-a-week, not only did I lose ½” off my waist and more than a ½” off each thigh, I lost 3% body fat, 6 pounds and nearly a point off my BMI.
